Three Steps To Bookmarking

Step 1: Import bookmarks

You start from importing bookmarks and favorites from all your browsers - click on "Import" icon and choose the browser. Please note, you should select the "Merge with existing bookmarks" option, otherwise the browser bookmarks will overwrite existing ones.

Step 2: Remove trash

Since bookmarks in different browsers can overlap, you need to find and remove duplicates. Use "Duplicates" icon from the toolbar - Bookmark Navigator will automatically find duplicate links in bookmarks and suggest you to remove the unwanted items.

When it's done, you can find and remove links that no longer available. Do that with the "Verify" icon of the toolbar.

Step 3: Organize bookmarks

Bookmark Navigator allows you to organize bookmarks by hierarchic categories:

1. Create a category;
2. Select a bookmark;
3. Click on "Edit" to change the bookmark properties;
4. In the "Bookmark Properties" window choose the category for the bookmark.

If you select more than one bookmark, you can put them all in one category.

Bookmarking Tips

We tried to make Bookmark Navigator as easy and convenient as possible. Here are some more tips to make your bookmarking better:

• Type in few characters in the "Search" field, and Bookmark Navigator will show you bookmarks that match;
• When a bookmark is selected, you can click on a browser icon to open the bookmark in an appropriate browser;
• Use a mouse wheel to scroll the list of bookmarks;
• Click a right mouse button on a category or a bookmark to see available actions;
• Place a mouse cursor over the bookmark link and wait for a few seconds to see a complete link;
• Drag-and-drop categories onto each other to build a tree hierarchy;
